We rely on the following legal bases under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562:
- Performance of a contract: registering a participant, delivering coaching sessions, managing bookings, and taking payment.

- Legal obligation: keeping accounting, tax and payment records as Thai law requires.
- Legitimate interest: keeping participants safe during training, and improving our coaching and our website.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only in these cases:
- With coaches and staff who need it to deliver training
- With service providers who help us operate (e.g., payment processors), under strict confidentiality
- When required by law or to protect safety and legal rights
The online consent form prepares a completed summary in your browser and does not automatically upload it. If you choose to send the summary by email or WhatsApp, the information is transmitted through your selected email provider or WhatsApp and is also subject to that provider's privacy practices.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We obtain consent for participants under 20 as follows:
- For participants under 10 years old, consent is obtained from the holder of parental authority in every case.
- For participants aged 10 up to 20, consent is obtained from both the participant and their legal guardian, except where the Civil and Commercial Code allows the minor to act alone.
Parents or guardians may request to review, update, or delete their child's information at any time.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information for these periods:
- Registration and contact records: for as long as the participant trains with us, and for 2 years afterwards.
- Accounting, payment and tax records: 5 years, as required by Thai law.
- Photographs and video used for marketing: until consent is withdrawn.
- Marketing contact details: until consent is withdrawn.
When personal information is no longer needed we securely delete or anonymise it.
9. Providing Your Information
Information marked as required on the registration form is necessary to enrol a participant and keep them safe. Without this information, we cannot accept a registration or allow the participant to take part.
Providing information for marketing and consenting to photographs is entirely optional. Refusing has no effect on a participant's place, training, or how they are coached.
10. Your Rights
You (or a parent/guardian) may request to:
- Access the personal information we hold
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete information (subject to legal requirements)
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications
- Receive a copy of information in a portable format, or ask us to send it to another organisation
- Object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest
- Ask us to restrict processing while a request or a dispute is being resolved
You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand if you believe your rights have been breached.
