1. General

The Shark Basketball Pattaya & Bangkok Co., Ltd website is operated by Shark Basketball Pattaya & Bangkok Co., Ltd. We provide basketball coaching, training programs, trial lessons, private training, events, and related services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all students, parents, guardians, visitors, and users of our website and services.

2. Eligibility

Anyone under 18 must get permission from a parent or legal guardian before joining any activity, class, or program. Parents or guardians must provide correct registration, contact, and emergency details.

3. Registration & Payments

• All bookings and registrations are subject to availability.
• Payment must be completed before participation, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Trial lessons, packages, memberships, promotions, and private coaching sessions are non-transferable unless approved by the company.
• We may change prices, schedules, programs, coaches, and services at any time without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Missed sessions cannot be refunded.
• Makeup sessions may be offered if available and approved.
• Memberships and prepaid packages are usually non-refundable once started.
• Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
• Only 2 missed sessions are allowed once a 10-session package is activated.

5. Health Declaration

Parents or guardians confirm that their child is physically fit to join basketball training and related activities. Any injury, medical condition, allergy, or physical limitation must be reported before participation. We may refuse participation if safety concerns exist.

6. Photography & Media Release

Photographs and video are taken during classes, competitions, and events. We use them for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including on social media, only where consent has been given on the registration form.

Consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect a participant's place or training.

When consent is withdrawn, we stop using the images and remove them from our own channels where it is reasonably possible to do so.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, videos, training materials, and media belong to Shark Basketball Pattaya & Bangkok Co., Ltd unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, sharing, changing, or commercial use is not allowed.
